GoldBeads.net online Bead Catalog is a wholesale business. The minimum order amount for each order is $250.00. All orders must show a total estimate of at least $250.00, not including items not in stock or backordered. Our state of the art web-based wholesale catalog has a convenient self service shopping cart for the benefit of our customers. |

Our website is constantly updated with new items. You may special request an item not showing on our inventory, and we will consider manufacturing it on a quantity basis. Please see our website for information regarding our merchandise. All information regarding size, karat, weight and pricing are listed for each piece. |

Pricing:

Unless noted as "/ea." (each), all prices are approximate per piece based on $48 per gram for 18K gold and $57 per gram for 22K gold. Items which have precious stones set in them or are less than two dollars (based on gram weight) and are marked as "/ea." or "/pr." are sold at a fixed price rather than by weight. For items with a fixed price, this means orders may be filled at fixed prices either higher or lower than what was quoted at the time the order was placed. This may occur if new stock comes in after an order was placed and weighs heavier or lighter than previous stock of that item. If your final price is higher or lower than the price quoted by 10% (extremely rare), we will contact you to make sure you want to continue with your order. All prices subject to change without notice. |
| Special orders are large quantity or custom design request orders and must be accompanied by a 50% advance deposit. Our delivery time for custom ordered items is 30-40 days. A full refund of deposit will be made for items not delivered within 90 days. All special ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable if shipped within 60 days from date of order. Your deposit is considered a committment to accept the order and is only refundable at our discretion and if we do not incur a financial loss as a result. If you cancel your order, we will however, do our best to honor your refund request. | |

Returns / Exchanges:

Returns for refund or credit will be accepted up to 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Exchanges may be made up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Any returns made after 30 days will be either returned to sender or credited to your account at our discretion. All return shipping must be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund or credit to your account. |

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping is via insured USPS or Fedex for express delivery, FOB Hawaii. East coast and rural areas take 2 days minimum. A minimum handling fee of $15.00 applies to all orders. Shipping is calculated as follows with handling and insurance charges included: Insured USPS First Class or Priority Mail: $20.00 for orders up to $500, $25.00 for orders up to $1,000 includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Takes 4-8 days. Orders over $1,000 must go by Fedex. Insured Fedex Express Delivery: $30.00 for orders up to $2,000, add $5.00 for each additional $1,000 (or part thereof). Takes 1-2 business days. Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fedex orders are given priority treatment. All return shipping must be paid by the customer. We will not reimburse for shipping. Additional shipping and handling charges for exchanges will apply, except for replacement of damaged items. |
